It didn't work for me at all. A week after the session I was back to biting my nails as much as before even though Jennie reassured me that one session would be very effective. I was also disappointed that what was supposed to be a 1 hour session turned out to be an in and out 45 mins session. To be honest I was very aware all the time of what was going on in the room and don't think I was hypnotised at all.

LIFE CHANGING. Literally! After years of being a total sugar addict, despite being very disciplined with every other aspect of my life, I just couldn’t give up cakes/biscuits/ice cream etc. I was fortunate it didn’t come with a weight problem but, very conscious it would incur health problems. I had one session with Jennie and that was that-no more sugar! I have ‘tested’ it and just not had any desire at all. It has also impacted my eating decisions generally and I’m a lot healthier. Thank you so, SO much, Jennie. These last three months have been really wonderful and I feel relieved that I’m not pouring pounds of sugar into my body on a daily basis. If I am ever tempted, I’ll be back!

I cannot thank Jennie enough for the help she has rovided to me. I was exceedingly stressed and no longer coping with the things life were throwing at me. She brought me back to my "normal" and I now see things clearly and my life is much easier. I have recommended her to a number of my friends and she has made a difference to them. I definitely recommend her - not only is she superb at her job, but she is an understanding lady and is willing to go the extra mile.

I have worked with Jenny for many years on myself and I have recommended numerious of my clients to her. She is simply, Brilliant, at addictions of any sort. I highly recommend her. If you don’t resonate with her it’s simply because your not ready to. She has a gift as well as being a fantastic hypnotherapist and the combination is powerful.

Jennie is amazing! She saved me in many ways. She has a unique skill of getting to the route of any problem very quickly even if you don't know yourself. You will not regret meeting this lady. Absolutely life changing!
